Black Aren: Rich, Nutritious Palm Sugar Delight

Named for its rich, dark colour, Black Aren palm sugar is made from the sap of the Arenga pinnata palm, which is sustainably harvested and boiled down to create a deep, complex flavour with notes of caramel and molasses. Our palm sugar is minimally processed, with no additives or preservatives, so you can enjoy the natural sweetness of this delicious ingredient without guilt.
